So the FBI planned yet another crime. Why is this breaking News? The FBI does this almost everyday, to remind us of the bogyman and fan our fears. What would we do if the FBI suddenly stopped fueling our fears? Regain our sanity, perhaps.

Note that this case was New Jersey vs. a citizen. Obama's government was not a party, but injected itself into the case to argue that every American, should be subjected to strip searches over traffic fines as was this citizen from New Jersey. Obama could have entered this case on either side.
